Patrick McGregor is the Chief Product Officer at Volta, where he leads product and technology strategy, product commercialization and operations, and go-to-market.

Before joining Volta, Patrick was Vice President of Product Management for artificial intelligence at Cisco, where he integrated agentic AI into every Cisco customer product experience. He was the Chief Product Officer at Crusoe, where he transitioned the company from being a crypto miner to an industry-leading AI cloud provider. Prior to Crusoe, he was head of product for blockchain platforms at Coinbase, where he created foundational security and transaction technologies that Coinbase and the entire crypto ecosystem rely upon. He was head of product management for artificial intelligence at Google, and he also led the initial expansion of Google Cloud for large enterprises and strategic verticals. Before joining Google, he was Senior Vice President of Product Management at Trustwave, which is an industry-leading data security company. He began his career by founding BitArmor, a pioneering innovator of enterprise encryption technology.

Patrick holds a Ph.D. from Princeton University in high-performance computing and cryptography, and he earned M.S. and B.S. degrees from Carnegie Mellon University in electrical and computer engineering and computer science.

Raimund is the Chief Financial Officer of Volta, where he leads capital formation, finance, business planning and strategic partnerships.

Before joining Volta, Raimund spent over a decade at Citi, where he has been focused on data centers and digital infrastructure since 2014 and led the firm's global data center investment banking practice.

During his time at Citi, he advised on hundreds of billions of mergers, acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, capital raises, capital markets issuances and large-scale AI infrastructure financings, including transactions involving Airtrunk, DigitalBridge, CoreWeave, Data4, Equinix and xScale, Nscale, QTS, STT GDC, Vantage and many others. His expertise spans M&A, structured finance and development / stabilized joint ventures, project finance and programmatic capital raising / institutional capital formation.

Raimund holds a Bachelor of Arts (Magna cum Laude) from Cornell University.

Paul is the Chief Delivery Officer of Volta, where he leads the delivery of powered land, data centers and physical infrastructure across Volta's global AI Factory platform.

Before joining Volta, Paul led Google's data center delivery organization across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, overseeing one of the world's largest hyperscale development programs, comprising approximately 3GW of capacity and over $50 billion of capital deployment. He has spent more than three decades delivering mission-critical infrastructure across technology, government and industrial sectors. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Los Alamos National Laboratory, and as Chief Operating Officer of the UK's Defense Equipment and Support, where he was responsible for delivery to the Royal Navy, including the Dreadnought submarine program. Earlier, at Bechtel, he led multi-billion-dollar megaprojects and launched Equinix's global data center build-out, delivering its first facility in Ashburn, Virginia.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Arizona State University.

Tristan is the Chief Technology Officer of Volta, where he leads engineering across the company, including infrastructure, platform engineering and security engineering.

Before joining Volta, Tristan served as Chief Technology Officer of Genesis Cloud, where he architected Europe's first production-scale AI cloud platform, with a feature-complete software stack spanning bare metal, virtual machines, orchestration and AI services. He built and operated GPU cloud infrastructure across multiple European regions and led the first public cloud deployment of Intel Habana Gaudi accelerators. He has held senior engineering leadership positions including at Checkmk, and has been an active contributor to the open-source infrastructure community.

Jason is Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Volta, where he leads capital raising activities, structured finance and strategic financing solutions.

Before joining Volta, Jason spent more than eleven years at J.P. Morgan, where he helped establish the firm's market-leading AI Infrastructure Capital Markets businesses. In that role, he partnered with leading Neoclouds, Hyperscalers, Semiconductor OEMs, and AI infrastructure companies to develop innovative financing solutions across GPU infrastructure, data centers, structured credit, supply chain finance, structured minority JV transactions and HoldCo financing. Prior to focusing on Digital Infrastructure, Jason was a portfolio manager of JP Morgan's Private Credit business, focused on sub-investment-grade direct lending and ran an Alternative Credit desk investing in structured credit products.

Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from MIT.

Pere is Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance at Volta, where he leads strategic finance, asset management and business planning.

Before joining Volta, Pere was an investment professional at Vantage Infrastructure, where he led transactions and asset management across utility, renewable and transport businesses. During his time there, he served on the boards of two regulated utilities supplying water and energy to more than four million customers in England and Spain, driving business transformation and capital restructuring programs. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Power, Utilities and Infrastructure Investment Banking team at Société Générale.

Pere holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business School.

Lorraine is Vice President of People at Volta, where she leads global talent, people operations and organizational development as the company scales its international AI infrastructure platform.

Before joining Volta, Lorraine was the first international employee at CoreWeave, where she built the European organization from the ground up, scaling the business from zero to more than 200 employees across nine countries. She established the people, governance and operational foundations that supported the deployment of more than 100MW of AI infrastructure in Europe. Earlier in her career, Lorraine held senior leadership roles at Pure Storage, Dell EMC, SmartestEnergy, Winshuttle and Unisys, leading organizational transformation, leadership development and global people strategy across businesses ranging from hypergrowth start-ups to Fortune 500 technology organizations.

Lorraine is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds a postgraduate qualification from the University of Limerick, Ireland.

Nikkos is Vice President of Technical Program Management at Volta, where he leads cross-functional execution of strategic technology infrastructure programs and services.

Before joining Volta, Nikkos spent almost 30 years leading strategy, finance and product organizations across Fortune 100 companies and high-growth technology start-ups. His career includes leadership positions at Cisco, Caban Energy, Verizon, L3 Harris, Raytheon and Lockheed Martin, where he led large-scale transformation, product innovation and strategic growth initiatives spanning network, cloud, AI and aerospace technology.

Nikkos holds an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business, an MS in Management of Technology from RPI and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University.

Dominic is Vice President of Accounting at Volta, where he leads the company's finance and accounting function.

Before joining Volta, Dominic spent more than two decades in senior finance leadership across the technology sector, most recently as Director of Accounting Transformation and Director of Global Accounting at SHI International, with earlier controllership and financial-reporting leadership roles at RWS Group, ADP, Travelport and GSK. His expertise spans finance transformation, technical accounting under UK GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS, internal controls and SOX, ERP and systems implementation, and leading onshore and offshore teams through acquisitions and periods of rapid change.

Dominic is a chartered accountant (CA(SA)), trained at Deloitte. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Accounting and a Higher Diploma in Auditing.

Sama is Vice President of Capital Markets & Structuring at Volta, where he focuses on structuring and executing the financings behind Volta's data center and compute infrastructure.

Before joining Volta, Sama was VP, Legal (Capital Markets) at Nscale, where he structured and executed capital raises for AI compute infrastructure. He spent close to eight years in private practice at leading international law firms, most recently as a senior associate in Milbank's market-leading Digital Infrastructure and Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance practices, where he advised sponsors and lenders on more than $50 billion of financings across digital infrastructure and power generation, including development and construction facilities, project and HoldCo financings, corporate revolvers and acquisition finance. His clients included Switch and other data center operators, Nscale and other neoclouds, BlackRock, Brookfield, Carlyle, Goldman Sachs and LS Power.

Sama holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.

John is Vice President of Global Data Center Delivery at Volta, where he leads the global delivery of the company's data centers and physical infrastructure.

Before joining Volta, John held global delivery leadership roles at Google and Amazon, building end-to-end delivery organizations from the ground up across subsea cable infrastructure, hyperscale data centers and automated fulfillment hubs in EMEA, APAC and the Americas. He brings more than 25 years of experience leading hyperscale infrastructure programs, multi-billion-dollar capital portfolios and global engineering teams. He began his career as a Commissioned Officer in the British Army's Corps of Royal Engineers, leading complex mission-critical infrastructure programs.

John is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Manager. He holds a BEng (Hons) and an MSc with Distinction from Cranfield University, and an MA from King's College London.

Ramzi is Vice President of Data Center Operations at Volta, where he leads the operation of Volta's data centers across their global footprint.

Before joining Volta, Ramzi spent more than 25 years leading data center, cloud and critical infrastructure operations across EMEA. He was most recently Vice President of Operations, EMEA at VIRTUS Data Centers, and before that a senior leader in data center and cloud infrastructure at Amazon Web Services, where he also served as President of Amazon Data Services France. Earlier he was Global Director of Data Center Business Development at CAP INGELEC and Regional Director for data centers in Europe at Huawei Technologies.

Ramzi holds a Master's degree in Microelectronics.

Bora is Vice President of Data Center Design and Development at Volta, where he leads the design and engineering of Volta's data centers, bringing hyperscale design principles to the high-density facilities that power AI workloads.

Before joining Volta, Bora spent two decades in data center engineering, technical program management and critical infrastructure delivery across EMEA. He was most recently Director of Development Delivery at Vantage Data Centers, where he led the end-to-end development, construction and commissioning of the FRA1 hyperscale campus in Frankfurt. Before that he was a Technical Program Manager on Google's EMEA data center delivery team, and earlier Director of Design Delivery at NTT Global Data Centers across the DACH region. Earlier in his career he spent nearly fourteen years at the engineering firm Arup, where he led data center design for developers including Equinix and Digital Realty and delivered facilities of up to 33MW.

Bora holds an MS in Engineering Management from Boğaziçi University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University.

Brian is Vice President of DSX Full-Stack Delivery at Volta, where he leads the full-stack delivery of Volta's AI Factories, from power to cooling to hardware.

Before joining Volta, Brian led end-to-end capacity delivery for Google's data center and machine learning portfolios across EMEA, delivering gigawatt-scale capacity each year and overhauling Google's global data center turn-up process to accelerate time-to-market. He was central to Google's deployment of next-generation liquid-cooled hardware, leading first-of-a-kind TPU and GPU integration that enabled a 2.5x expansion in regional capacity and a 5x increase in ML infrastructure cut-ins. Earlier, over five years at Meta, he led data science and engineering teams shaping core product investments and ran a global vendor performance program, delivering network connectivity for multiple 36MW data center builds under budget and ahead of schedule. He began his career in utility infrastructure, with a five-year specialization in HV/MV telecoms infrastructure at Electricity Supply Board (ESB) Ireland, where he published worldwide HV utility standards, followed by seven years managing instrumentation commissioning in the water industry.
